Proverbs 30
Proverbs 30:8-9.
“Give me enough food to live on, neither too much nor too little. If I’m too full, I might get independent, saying, ‘God? Who needs him?’ If I’m poor, I might steal and dishonor the name of my God.” (Message).
“Give me neither undue poverty nor undue wealth – but rather, feed my soul with the measure of prosperity that pleases you. May my satisfaction be found in you. Don’t let me be so rich that I don’t need you or so poor that I have to resort to dishonesty just to make ends meet.” (TPT).
“Give me neither poverty nor riches – Feed me with food allotted to me, lest I be full and deny you and say ‘Who is the Lord?’ or lest I be poor and steal, and profane the name of my God.” (NKJ).
