Proverbs 17:28

Proverbs 17:28.

“Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue.” (NIV).

“Even dunces who keep quiet are thought to be wise; as long as they keep their mouths shut, they’re smart.” (MSG)

“If the fool holds his tongue, he may pass for wise; if he seals his lips, he may pass for intelligent.” (NJB).
